Yes, that's correct. Only 1 vote per IP per 24 hour period. That means if you vote at noon on one day, you wouldn't be able to vote again until afternoon the next day.

AOL reused a set of IPs, thus it's quite possible that votes from users using AOL could not be counted due to a previous vote on that IP. |
